We want to thank everyone for making the first 6 months of SoyLicious.com an incredible ride and adventure. There have been a few learning curves along the way, but by and far most things have gone amazingly well.
Products:
We will continue to add new products during 2010, starting with an Electric Plug-In Wax melter (on the website now). These melters come with your choice of 3 Tart Chunks at a retail price of $24.95. The melters are two-piece so you can remove the bowl to easily change fragrances. They have a 15 watt bulb and can do double duty as a night light. To use as a night light remove the wax bowl and then you can swivel the light housing (no need to unplug) until it is pointing toward the floor, and you have the perfect night light. We will be adding these as a single unit for $14.95.
Growth:
As many of you are aware, this fall we made a major expansion of the production and shipping area of our candle shop. This expansion was completed at about the time we hit the Christmas candle rush so we are just now getting to put the finishing touches on the interior. In the past we did not have the room to store an inventory of candles, so a major portion of the addition is being devoted to candle inventory. This should allow us to continue to ship most orders within two business days even as we continue to grow.
While we do not discuss actual number of consultants that are active, after 6 short months we have more than twice as many consultants than Scentsy® did at the end of their first year.
Communication:
Due to our tremendous growth sometimes your Sponsor may not have an answer for your question or issue. Or they may not be the correct person to address an issue to. For instance, if your order is missing an item, no one in your up-line can take care of this issue, only corporate can. To help open up communications direct to corporate for issues that your sponsor can not help you with we have created “Consultant Care”. To address an issue, go to your website and login “Consultant Login” then select “Business Tools” where you will see “Consultant Care” (you must be logged in to see the form). Simply fill in the information and click submit and an e-mail will be sent to Rachel. We hope this will help get your issue corrected or your question answered quickly so you have more time to grow your business.
